Yesterday, I talked about 6 Trade-Offs That Define Your Life’s Success.

Today, we’re rolling on with what I consider the 7 best investments you can make in your life.

The earlier you start implementing and practicing these, the more fulfilled your life will be.

The 7, let’s roll…

Good Habits: Organizational, time-management, and anything related to finances and health.

Career Skills: The foundational skills (communication, relationship building, networking, analysis, etc.) will improve your ability to thrive no matter your profession.

Financial Literacy: Nothing enables freedom more so than money. The earlier you learn how to invest your finances and let your money compound, the more freedom and flexibility you’ll have later in life.

Health Regiment: Any exercise you do today will make it easier for you to maintain your health tomorrow. You can have a great career and all the riches in the world, but the moment you have a health issue, your life will be all-consumed by it. Try to avoid declining health so you can enjoy as much of your life as possible.

Diet: What you put in your body is equally as important (actually more so) as what you do with your body. You are not what you eat. You are what you eat eats. Educate yourself on the impacts standard foods has to your body. Design a diet that is healthy and one you can stick with for the rest of your life.

Focus: It’s important to mentally black out all the noise. The noise is what will take you off your designated path. It’s what will cost you time (that is, the time you waste). Your greatest competition in life will not be other people or companies. Your greatest competition will be the distractions you invite into your life.

Faith/Spirit: I don’t think any of us goes through life alone, even if we feel alone. Regardless of how many friends and family you have, it’s important to have something spiritually you can turn to. I’ll leave this one at that. Just figure out what works for you.

If you like where I’m going with this (yes, it’s just the start!), I have loads of lessons like this and will be teaching them in my newest offering called ☕⌚  5-to-9 with Coach Andy: Real-World Systems to Make Daily Life Easier. Find details here!
